calls the adventurous into her world. She lures us with
her beauty and the promise of new discoveries that change
us forever.
La Sirena beckoned us and we answered her call. She
showed us a Mexico that has enchanted us. We are under
the spell of the magic of color, design, playfulness,
and artistry inspired by the natural world.
The world of the Mexican folk artisan is the imaginative
union of the creative heart and skillful hands. When
we are with this art, we can feel its soul.
We buy all our pieces directly from the artists, in
their home villages. Our pieces are personally selected
for their charm and quality, usually from recognized
and celebrated artisans.
Our goal is to share our passion for Mexican folk art.
We also want to encourage learning and appreciation for
the artists and villages that create this beauty. Because
we want to give back to the place that enchants us, we
donate a portion of each sale to an agency that provides
social services to the street children and their families
in Oaxaca.
