Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policies


Shipping Policy 

Processing Time Frame 

We ship to all United States Territories, Continental United States, and APO mailboxes. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days and most orders will ship within 4-6 business days. Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Tracking numbers will be issued and emailed to the buyer. Please allow some time in transit for delivery, and if there is a significant delay with your order, we will be sure to contact you via email. 

Undelivered Package 

Unfortunately, it happens, and a package is undelivered, we understand this can be a major inconvenience. We will start the claim process with USPS and once we have received the final/closed decision that deems the package lost/stolen/undeliverable AND notice that the insurance claim is processed will we issue a refund or reship the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 Shipping Rates  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is processed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with standard and priority shipping options.

Exchange Policy

PRIOR to Shipping  

If we have not processed your order to be shipped, then we will modify your order. Contact us at SirenaSisters@yahoo.com to notify us of the exchange/modification. 

 Non-returnable Items 
All customized orders, sales items or gift card purchases are non-refundable. 

 

Refund Policy 

PRIOR to Shipping 

If we have not processed your item to be shipped, then a full refund will be applied to your original payment method. It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. ALL CUSTOMIZED, SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARD ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

AFTER Shipping 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. ALL CUSTOMIZED, SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARD ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  

Notify us within 2 days of delivery of any issues or concerns at SirenaSisters@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package; shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, notification via email will be sent if the item(s) will be accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Unauthorized Returns 

Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender; shipping costs are non-refundable.
