PRIORITY & STANDARD SHIPPING:
Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) Mon.-Fri. for payment to process. Once payments have cleared and posted orders will be shipped Mon.-Fri. (excluding holidays and weekends).
INSURANCE WITH SHIPPING:
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER DUE TO THIRD PARTY SHIPPING. WE ENCOURAGE THAT EACH ORDER IS TO BE SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE - PRIORITY SHIPPING. WE WILL ONLY RESHIP UNDELIVERED ITEM(S) THAT HAS GONE THROUGH THE CLAIM PROCESS (with insurance) WITH THE THIRD PARTY SHIPPING COMPANY. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE IN STARTING AND PROVIDING US WITH THE FINAL/CLOSED DECISION FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
Refund PRIOR to shipping:
If we have not processed your item to be shipped then a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your order. ALL PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Refund AFTER shipping:
Regular orders can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in unworn condition, there is a 20% restocking fee that will be applied to all returned orders. Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your return. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURNING ITEM(S). Once return is received your replacement or refund will be issued soon after in the original form of payment. All refunds issued will not include the original shipping cost. We reserve the right to not accept a return. ALL PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, but if there is an issue we will do everything to help resolve it.
Substituting an item PRIOR to shipping:
If we have not processed your item to be shipped then we will be glad to modify your order. Contact us at email@example.com to notify us of the modification, there will be a 3% processing fee applied.
We inspect each item prior to packaging to guarantee only quality items are sent. Any item(s) that arrives damaged/broken please take clear photos of each item and email it immediately with your order # to firstname.lastname@example.org. within 2 days of receipt. Damage from wear is not covered. WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Damaged package (caused damage to item(s)):
If the package/box is damaged and it caused the item(s) to be damaged then take clear photos (package/box and item(s)) and email it immediately to email@example.com within 1 day of receipt. WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIPT.
